Order for Jury to View Road
To Locate a New Road from Oak Ranch to Cameron
Commissioners' Court, County of Milan, State of Texas
November 23 1883
It is therefore ordered by the Court that JH Graves, JH Hill, JN Graham, JA Clark and R Grantham freeholders of the said County, be and are hereby appointed a jury, a majority of whom may, after taking the prescribed Oath before a properly authorised person, proceed to lay out and make the road so ordered to the greatest advantage to the public and as little prejudice to enclosures as may be.
And it is further ordered that the said Jury make a report in this cause at the next regular meeting of this Court.
