Request for the County of Bristol, MA to choose Grand and Petit Jurors
Dated at Taunton, County of Bristol, Commonwealth of Massachusetts
January 28th 1805
Request to any of the Constables of the town of Swansey in the said County to assemble the Freeholders and Inhabitants of the town, qualified to vote for a Representative, to appoint as the Law directs, by drawing out of the box, one good and lawful man… to serve on the Grand Jury… and two men alike qualified to serve on the Petit Jury for Trials.
Samuel Gardner was chosen to serve as Grand Juror
Simeon Short and Ezra Mason were chosen as Petit Jurors
