Request for the County of Bristol, MA to choose Grand and Petit Jurors
Dated at Taunton, County of Bristol, Commonwealth of Massachusetts
July 1st 1783
Request to any of the Constables of the town of Swansey in the said County to assemble the Inhabitants of the town to choose two Good and Lawful men to serve on the Grand Jury and two men alike qualified to serve on the Petit Jury for Trials.
Daniel Barney and Joseph Jarvis were chosen to serve as Grand Jurors
Edward Simmons and Elhanah Palmer were chosen as Petit Jurors
